I am interested in incorporating new elements and support programs not only into the healthcare system.
In my work as a consultant and lecturer I focus mainly on:
Value systems of individuals and groups
Psychosocial impacts and context of personal and team motivations
Self-reflection, work with information and decision-making process
Individual in the system and its survival conditions
I draw on my experience as a medical doctor, the creation and implementation of various types of psychosocial support and motivational programs at the Motol University Hospital. Since 1999 I have been involved in the development of volunteer programs in healthcare facilities in the Czech Republic. I cooperated on the implementation of the WHO / Health Promoting Hospitals and Health Services program in the Czech Republic.
Thanks to my long-term practice with methodological support, education and supervision in volunteer programs, I have experience in how to effectively work with intangible motivation. I am currently working with medical staff and groups of employees in other fields.

I apprenticed as a mechanic of numerically controlled machine tools, graduated technical cybernetics at the Department of Control and Instrumentation at Brno University of Technology, MBA at Sheffield Hallam University, and coaching at Integral Coaching Canada.
In my professional career I have held managerial and expert positions mostly in the IT sector, participated on projects in the sectors of manufacturing, energy, telecommunications, banking, healthcare, public administration, non-profit sector, etc.
I am especially interested in the application of the Integral Theory framework (formulated by American psychologist and philosopher Ken Wilber) into practice of organizational management, business development, politics, community building, and also of interpersonal relationships and personal life.
